The Choice Formula Intro

Below is the first video in The Choice Formula series...

We make decisions every hour, everyday.

We often think of these decisions as being mundane; they involve deciding what we eat, what we do at each moment, when we get up, when we go to bed, etc. However, over a long period of time, these decisions can and do have impact on our ability to achieve our goals.

  • If we don't get enough sleep, our productivity will suffer.
  • If we do not eat the right foods or get enough exercise our health will suffer.

If we get up an hour earlier every day, we will likely achieve our goals quicker and if we take consistent action, even when we don't want to, we will also make great progress in achieving the success we are looking for.

In most cases, we have control over these "mundane" decisions. We can decide for ourselves what to do, when to do it and how to do it.

But we must recognize we have this control and then TAKE control.

The same is the case for the "BIG" decisions, we must recognize where and when we have control and take it.
